The Specialist, Donor Services supports donor pledge input and information services and donor choice, ensuring that all pledges are entered correctly into the CRM and payments are applied within the established guidelines.

Objectives:

  • Enters campaign payments in CRM, resolves discrepancies, and assists in reconciling monthly payments.
  • Manages pledge billing and collection process to include processing corporate or other partner payments, mailing monthly statements, processing write-offs, and adjusting pledge balances.
  • Creates deposits, processes and records payments, and pledges in CRM.
  • Creates and prints transaction register reports, file envelopes, and donor choice fee contracts, and enters Grants/Expectancies in the CRM.
  • Manages uploads into CRM for third party processors, companies, and other United Ways in compliance with United Way Worldwide (UWW) Standards.
  • Provides customer service and support to internal departments and vendors.
  • Develops and refines processes to improve efficiency and achievement of goals and objectives.
  • Consistently demonstrates Our Suncoast Code and Values including applicable elements of leading self, team, and organization.

Qualifications & Skills for Success:

  • Typically requires two (2) or more years of relevant experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; equivalent training or experience may be accepted in lieu.
  • Bilingual or multilingual (English/Spanish/Creole) a plus.
