Description
Position Summary:
This seasonal contract work is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in development, marketing, and community impact. The position is primarily in-person at our office, up to 20 hours per week,. The position runs through December and is ideal for those eager to build skills across multiple areas while making a meaningful difference in Kansas City.
What You’ll Do:
- Support donor and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Collaborate across departments to bring initiatives to life
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating compelling, impact driven content
- Build and strengthen community or corporate partnerships
- Prepare materials, support meetings, and track progress on initiatives
- Collaborate with diverse teams and attend internal meetings
- Contribute to real, impactful projects that benefit the community
