The Financial Coach assesses clients’ financial health through one-on-one coaching and then develop a tailored set of recommendations to help clients improve their financial position and pursue their goals. The financial coach will manage, develop, and implement incentivized savings financial coaching programs. The program is ran under Capital Area United Way’s (CAUW) Bank On Baton Rouge Initiative and is a coaching program that is volunteer based and uses financial technology to maintain and track clients’ progress. This position reports to the Director of Family Stability
