Executive Director

United Way of Chaves County is currently seeking a full-time Executive Director. This is a small office consisting of an Executive Director and an Administrative Assistant. The salary range is $63,000-$70,000. The Executive Director will provide leadership for United Way of Chaves County in developing financial resources and in identifying and responding to community priorities in health and human services.  The Executive Director will ensure that all business affairs and practices are conducted in accordance with board policies and acceptable business standards. This position entails forming relationships with volunteers, donors, grantee agencies, corporate executives, local governmental leaders, funding organizations, and representatives of other United Way organizations.
