
Executive Assistant to the President & CEO
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to support our President & CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a trusted advisor and gatekeeper, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating travel, handling high-level administrative tasks, and overseeing board of directors’ governance structure. Our desired candidate requires initiative, creativity, independent exercise of judgment, discretion and confidentiality.
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Schedule Management: Guard the CEO's schedule, ensuring efficient use of time and minimizing conflicts.
• Administrative Support: Handle all administrative tasks, including expense reports, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the CEO.
• Email and Marketing Support: Assist with email management, drafting responses, and preparing marketing materials.
• Financial and Accounting: Manage financial and accounting responsibilities for the CEO.
• Leadership Support: Prepare memos, summaries and presentations.
• Accountability: Hold the CEO's direct reports and their teams accountable for deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Board Governance: Provide comprehensive administrative support for Board meetings and records management of and retention compliance with governance documents.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, expense reporting tools, and other productivity applications.
Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level executives. A combination of equal education and experience may be considered.

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some standing, walking, bending, and reaching may be required. Regularly operates in an office or home office setting which involves utilizing a computer, mouse, keyboard, and occasionally operating other standard office equipment, such as printer, copier, phone. Travel may be required by a combination of multiple modes of transportation.
