Director of Donor Success and Engagement

The Director of Donor Success & Engagement drives meaningful relationships with donors, partners, and corporate sponsors to maximize revenue and strengthen donor retention. This role ensures that every donor—individual, corporate, or foundation—experiences exceptional engagement and stewardship aligned with Pikes Peak United Way’s mission. The Director is a high performer focused on donor experience and thereby revenue growth, and engagement across campaigns, events, and giving programs. The ideal candidate is outgoing, relationship-driven, data-savvy, and passionate about creating long-term community impact through philanthropy.
