Development Executive

United Way of Santa Barbara County seeks a F/T Development Executive (DE) to provide relationship management for various corporate and workplace-based efforts. The DE will manage a portfolio of 60+ workplace relationships and partner in several general fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, energetic, team-oriented individual with a four-year college degree and at least 1 year of fundraising experience. The DE will increase United Way’s exposure in Santa Barbara County and help advance its mission. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and self-driven individual with a demonstrated track record in fundraising and the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines. Excellent oral and written skills are required. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required. Experience with databases desired. The compensation package is competitive.
