CUSTOMERS: Donors, volunteers, community, and United Way Staff
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Database and Administrative Coordinator serves as a key CRM system lead for the organization which includes inputting gift information from individual and corporate donors. It also includes administrative functions to ensure our donors are thanked and recognized in a timely manner. This position works closely within the Resource Development department and with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of donor information.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Database:
- Input results for United Way campaigns that include company and donor pledge data. This includes manual and electronic submissions.
- Serve as organization’s power user for CRM system
- Generate appropriate reports and mailing lists for stewardship and recognition programs
- Continuous updating of donor and company information in CRM system.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Resource Development team.
- Assist in office wide customer service which includes being backup for the Administrative Support Specialist.
- Assist in coordinating bulk mailings.
- Assist with maintaining the inventory and storage of campaign collateral.
- Provide organization and upkeep of Resource Development files, records, and materials.
- Responsible for coordinating agency tours, speakers and fairs as needed.
- Assist with United Way special events.
Stewardship and Recognition:
- Manage and execute Caring Club Program materials and distribution process.
- Manage donor thank you letter process
- Maintain a high level of customer service to our donors, volunteers and staff.
- Process accurate donor data.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous data management experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word programs
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Self-starter who also takes strong initiative
- Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals from a variety of backgrounds
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to an automobile for use during work hours.
Salary range-$33,000 - $37,000

- $30 monthly remote supplement
