The Community Impact Manager leads United Way of Chatham County’s collective impact initiatives in support of the organization’s mission and&nbsp;its&nbsp;Bold Goal to move 2,000 people out of poverty. This position serves as a backbone leader for collaborative community efforts that address the root causes of poverty and improve outcomes for children and families.&nbsp;Working in partnership with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, schools, healthcare providers, businesses&nbsp;and community members, the Community Impact Manager&nbsp;convenes&nbsp;stakeholders,&nbsp;facilitates&nbsp;cross-sector collaboration, coordinates shared&nbsp;strategies&nbsp;and&nbsp;manages community data and reporting efforts&nbsp;across collective impact initiatives.&nbsp;The Community Impact Manager serves as the primary staff lead for the Chatham Housing Collective (CHC) and the Chatham Success Network (CSN), while supporting the development and implementation of&nbsp;additional&nbsp;community impact strategies aligned with United Way’s mission and Bold Goal.&nbsp;
