Administrative Assistant
The United Way of Southwest Virginia Administrative Assistant conducts administrative and logistical tasks related to every area and function of our organization. Primary responsibilities include data entry and reporting for the development team at United Way of Southwest Virginia, maintaining confidential information related to donors and partners, processing accounts receivable, providing logistical support for the organization's events, programs, and meetings, and conducting advanced administrative tasks to ensure the team is performing effectively and efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Director of Development. This position supports the department's team members, including the Director of Development and Executive Director. A successful Administrative Assistant must be able to complete a regular schedule of time-sensitive tasks along with multiple requests for assistance in a professional and organized manner.
