United Way of East Central Iowa is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Accountant to support our financial operations and help advance positive community impact. This role is responsible for managing core accounting functions, including financial reporting, accounts reconciliation, payroll processing, and campaign pledge administration, in accordance with GAAP standards.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 1-5 years of accounting experience, and strong technical skills in financial systems and Microsoft Office.We're looking for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and committed to excellence, integrity, and collaboration.
