This will include working alongside branding and fundraising team members in a collaborative effort to sustain outreach and programming.&nbsp;&nbsp;Respond to technical assistance inquiries from partners by assessing their needs, providing training and development that addresses the identified needs or providing information and resources to assist the organizations.&nbsp;Collaborate across internal teams and divisions to measure, report, and analyze the impact of safe and affordable housing services, while simultaneously interfacing with community-based organization partners to review funded grantees' evaluation reports and monitor grantees' progress in achieving key objectives ensuring timely reporting of UWCI grant-funded activities, metrics, and related outcomes.&nbsp;Maintain and develop trusted liaison relationships with UWCI partner organizations, manage appropriate and timely correspondence through a variety of mediums, and strive to be the best partner to all stakeholders.&nbsp;Manage special grant making programs to community-based organizations, as assigned.&nbsp;Collaborate with the Safe and Affordable Housing Director on special projects associated with advancing housing innovation to support community partners to increase the supply of safe and affordable housing, distance households from housing insecurity and homelessness and empower tenants and homeowners to remain housed within UWCI's Safe and Affordable Housing Issue-Based ecosystem partnerships.&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform special assignments and other work, on an as-needed basis.&nbsp;Qualifications &nbsp;To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Associate Director of Brand and Design 

The Community Impact &amp; Marketing Associate supports and advances the United Way's mission to improve lives through mobilizing the caring power of the community. This position is responsible for leading the planning, execution and evaluation of all special events, programs, direct services and community services/efforts. This position also oversees all marketing and promotional efforts, such as digital media, website management/development, social media, and local advertising for the United Way of Adams County.Essential Functions:<ul><li>Cultivate and maintain relationships with program volunteers, supporters and recipients of services.</li><li>Research and identify funding support and opportunities for events, programs, services and efforts.</li><li>Represent the United Way at public functions, local committees, clubs, boards, collaborative efforts and more.</li><li>Work together with United Way staff team to conduct activities, lead programs and special events, resolve issues that may arise, and assist with duties when needed.</li><li>Design and promote marketing materials and create advertisements in a timely manner that is conducive to when events/programs take place; manage all social media and digital engagement to attract followers and supporters for all United Way efforts year-round.</li><li>Manage website content on a timely basis that is suitable for programs/events happening at the time.
