The Senior Manager, Black Led Social Change will provide strategic leadership and daily management of BLSC – including approaches to providing capacity building for, convening/connection with, and investment in Black–led, grassroots ideas, strategies, and organizations. Additionally, the role supports co-creation of new solutions in partnership with community leaders through Champions of Change. Overall, the position aims to promote equity through community engagement and empowerment throughout UWGC’s community impact work.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic Leadership of Black-Led Social Change and Project Management
<ul><li>Provide overall leadership, including strategy and implementation, of BLSC. Project manage key efforts and projects, including:</li>
<li>Designing and implementing opportunities to increase UWGC’s support for Black led ideas, projects, and organizations:
<ul><li>Managing and coordinating Black Empowerment Works and other investment processes in support of BLSC.</li>

Serve as the content expert on specific areas, dependent on individuals' expertise and experience, on UWGC’s Impact team.</li>
<li>Support issue area education and community awareness efforts in close partnership with community partners and UWGC’s director of Public Policy and Advocacy aimed to promote economic wellbeing.</li>
<li>In collaboration with team members and other departments, support UWGC’s thought leaders and evaluation efforts by writing blog posts, impact reports, presentations, and other forms of external communication.</li>
</ul>Management and Internal Collaboration 
<ul><li>Manage other team member(s) to ensure strong and timely implementation of all projects. Coach and develop staff as needed.</li>
<li>Manage all financial budgets for projects and annual operations for BLSC.</li>

United Way of Southeast Missouri (UWSEMO) supports 30 partners that help to address immediate need in our four-county service area. More importantly, we invest significant time and money into addressing what creates need in the first place. UWSEMO&nbsp;seeks a full-time AmeriCorps Planning Grant Director to oversee our recently awarded AmeriCorps State Planning Grant. The chosen candidate will spend a year researching and identifying solutions to childcare and transportation that can be supported by a 2025 AmeriCorps Operations Grant and AmeriCorps members.&nbsp;If UWSEMO is awarded the Operational Grant, the person in this one-year role may transition into the role of Program Director in 2025, managing the AmeriCorps Program for 1-2 years. Administrative Project Manager

United Way of Greater Cincinnati (UWGC) has an immediate opening for a Director, Eastern Area to provide leadership to and coordination of United Way efforts in Clermont and Brown Counties in Ohio. Director, Eastern Area

The Senior Manager, Volunteer and Community Engagement will steer the strategic vision for volunteer engagement across the United Way organization, modernize technology and processes to increase and align community and corporate volunteer engagement efforts, and build stronger community relationships.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic Volunteer Engagement

The 211 Care Coordinator assists residents in connecting to social service support by assessing needs and making referrals within a network of partnering organizations. OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES 
	Reporting to the Interim VP of Operations and Administration, this position is responsible for the physical and digital infrastructure at United Way, including maintenance and security of the property, management of tenants, and oversight of information technology vendors and systems. Building and parking lot are owned by United Way and include office space for United Way staff and tenants, community event spaces, and warehouse space. This position supervises the Office Manager and the Facilities Coordinator.

Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul><li>Ensure United Way’s physical property, telecommunications systems, and information technology are well-maintained and meet the needs of staff, tenants, and community members.</li>
<li>Proactively ensure ongoing maintenance and security of building and parking lot. Maintain prioritized list of maintenance needs. Ensure that items are assigned and completed in a timely and cost-effective manner, and communicated to appropriate stakeholders.</li>
<li>Provide oversight to community spaces and warehouse, creating and reinforcing guidelines for use so that all users can keep the spaces organized and ready for use at all times.</li>
<li>Manage processes and policies related to building tenants (long term contract as well as event groups), with the goal of a fully-leased property.</li>
<li>Oversee procurement and vendor relationships related to building maintenance and security as well as telecom services and information technology. Assess vendors and systems regularly to ensure alignment with UW’s needs. Regular vendors include, but are not limited to, janitorial, security, and IT support.</li>
<li>Manage budget for facilities and technology equipment purchase, maintenance, and contracts. Ensure timely processing of all relevant receivables and payables.</li>
<li>Maintain availability to staff for basic IT support such as troubleshooting equipment, and determining appropriate vendor for escalation as needed.</li>
<li>Manage the renewal of relevant property and liability insurances; report and track claims as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain good working relationship with relevant licensing and government agencies.</li>
</ul>Supervisory Responsibility
This position will oversee two internal staff as well as external IT, security, janitorial and vendor contracts.
