The Data &amp; Campaign Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic use of donor and organizational data. This role combines relationship-building and analytical expertise to grow community giving, strengthen donor engagement, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:Data Oversight &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Learn and utilize databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.</li><li>Generate reports to analyze giving trends, donor retention, and campaign performance.</li><li>Partner with finance and operations staff to reconcile gifts, pledges, and campaign donor acknowledgments.</li><li>Identify and implement data-driven improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and community outcomes.</li></ul>Fundraising Campaign Management<ul><li>Support and collaborate with Director of Development for campaign and donor relations analytics&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in developing strategies for donor retention, growth, and year-round engagement through data analytics.</li><li>Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for campaign-related meetings and events.</li></ul>Reporting Relationships<ul><li>Reports directly to Database Director</li><li>Dotted line to Director of Development</li></ul>Collaborations &amp; Communication<ul><li>Provide data insights to support storytelling and impact reporting.</li><li>Support training and onboarding of volunteers or staff involved in campaign or data processes.</li><li>Maintain positive relationships with agencies, donors, and community partners.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, nonprofit management, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3+ years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or data management (nonprofit experience preferred).</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM/database systems (e.g., Blackbaud, Andar, Salesforce, or similar) and Excel.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Commitment to United Way’s mission and community impact.</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Relationship Building</li><li>Data Literacy &amp; Reporting</li><li>Strategic Thinking</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Teamwork</li><li>Accountability &amp; Results Orientation</li><li>Adaptability</li></ul>
