General Description: This position provides dedicated case management to veterans and military families with low income, dual diagnosis, and homelessness related conditions in the VA’s Grant-per-Diem Transition-In-Place (GPD-TIP) Program. General Description: &nbsp;The Community Partnership School Manager assists in the implementation of the Community Partnership School™ program in Hallandale Beach, FL. This role is responsible for leading a team, developing programs, and managing grant requirements in a school environment at Gulfstream Academy of Hallandale Beach K-8.Primary Job Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ol><li>Responsible for fostering a positive environment and day-to-day operations of direct staff, to include staff coaching, supervision, and performance.
