The SFSF curriculum is a structured, evidence-based program designed to improve family communication, connection and parenting skills. The Program Coach facilitates these sessions using a strengths-based, culturally competent, and trauma-informed approach, often through a combination of in-person and virtual formats, depending on the needs of the families.The ideal candidate for this role is self-directed, holds a current DoD ID card and has lived experience as part of a military family, providing valuable insight into the unique strengths and challenges faced by military-connected households.
