This position is located in Orange, Seminole, and Osceola County, grant funded and seasonal. POSITION SUMMARY Manages daily VITA tax site operations to ensure compliance with IRS standards, accurate tax preparation, and effective volunteer management while supporting the Financial Stability Initiatives program through material distribution, client communication, and appointment scheduling. The SVP/COO will lead operations, assisting the CEO in governance and 
corporate administrative matters, including business/strategic planning and 
organizational change efforts. The SVP/COO will provide supervision and 
oversight to staff teams and departments, in addition to representing the 
organization in the CEO’s absence in public meetings, events and with volunteers 
and other stakeholders to further United Way’s interests. 

 
 
POSITION OVERVIEW:

United Way of El Paso County.
