The Welcome Baby Fellow will help support UWNU’s early childhood programs in both day to day tasks and program implementation as well as supporting projects that will assist in sustaining and expanding the programs and initiatives. A major focus of this position will be to assist with volunteer training and management, increasing presence at community events to expand the program’s reach, and supporting the processing of in-kind donations for the programs. The fellow may also help with projects to build business plans to scale the program and develop a plan for having a sustainable volunteer program.

They provide one-on-one and/or small group intervention support with a caseload of specific students identified by the school/district.Member Key Responsibilities:AmeriCorps Members' responsibilities vary depending on the needs of the students and schools where they serve. The duties and responsibilities of each member are determined by the service site. Members serve during weekdays on-site following the school schedule and calendar.
