Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role supervises four (4) team members, who manage their own corporate partner portfolios. Together, the entire team identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards corporate donors, as well as manages a robust workplace giving program. The Director of Corporate Partnerships will partner closely with individual giving members alongside grants to strategically grow and diversify fundraising revenue at United Way NCA, with particular focus on increasing corporate support and partnership activations, as well as converting passthrough workplace campaign donors.Key Responsibilities: The Director, Corporate Partnerships&nbsp;will:<ul><li>Lead the immediate, near-term, and long-term strategic planning, implementation, growth, and maintenance of a robust Corporate Partnerships Program and Team.</li><li>Lead and manage a highly collaborative team in all identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts with Corporate and workplace campaign prospects and donors.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the CEO, CDO, and Board of Directors in their corporate engagement efforts.</li><li>Manage and report on Corporate Partnerships expense and revenue budget.</li><li>Meet and/or exceed annual revenue goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Meet the minimum annual fundraising growth goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Track, and report on Corporate Partnerships Team’s progress, utilizing established key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>In collaboration with Individual Giving, ensure workplace campaign donors who have membership in the Tocqueville Society (United Way’s major giving society) and/or affinity groups (Regional Advisory Council, Women United, and NextGen United) are stewarded appropriately.</li><li>Monitor and institute corporate partnerships best practices in operations, such as workplace campaign administration, CRM utilization, prospect research, acknowledgments, and reporting.</li><li>Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Department to coordinate communication strategies for corporate partners.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the Community Impact Division and the Grants Team to identify the best opportunities to align with the Corporate Partner’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and engage corporate employee volunteerism.</li><li>Coach and train the Development Team for increasingly complex and new corporate opportunities to include sponsorships, point of sale campaigns, cause-related marketing, etc.</li><li>Create and drive a culture of philanthropy across all fundraising areas that contribute to the entire Development Team’s goals.</li></ul>Manage a portfolio of Corporate Partners:<ul><li>Serve as the primary relationship manager in identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of 20 – 40 Corporate Partners with the capacity to support at the $25,000+ level on an annual basis.</li><li>Secure new corporate partnerships and activations.&nbsp;</li><li>Document all portfolio-related activities using the donor database Andar.</li><li>Supervise front-line team who manage a portfolio of a minimum forty corporate partners each and lead on workplace campaign and partnerships.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators: All front-line fundraisers at United Way NCA are expected to meet annual KPIs. The Senior Director establishes a comprehensive security, privacy, AI and data governance program rooted in NIST Cybersecurity, NIST Privacy, and NIST AI Risk Management Frameworks, aligned with global best practices. &nbsp;The Senior Director acts as a thought leader, coach, and advisor, ensuring that privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance principles are embedded across business operations.
