In this role, you will direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Nonprofit Connection program and serve as a critical thought partner in developing new initiatives, professional development offerings, and organizational support services. We are searching for a candidate who demonstrates the ability to lead initiatives and work independently as needed. The director will be a part of a team and will have strong support from senior management, who is vested in the success of this work.&nbsp;This position is designed to support people and systems that foster high-performing nonprofit organizations allowing their focus to be on what matters most - their mission.
