Part-Time Office Coordinator

United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley raises $30M in revenue annually to support health and human services in Lehigh, Northampton and Carbon Counties. $25M of this revenue comes from private donors through our annual campaign, largely driven by contributions made by employees through their workplace campaigns at employers in the Lehigh Valley. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of those workplace campaign accounts and donors. It is full time, salary exempt and reports to our Director of Workplace Engagement, Shaun Marakovits. POSITION SUMMARY (This is a remote position) Responsible for engaging with local United Ways (LUW) as assigned, within the defined region, as well as tracking performance and providing support based on Thriving United Way assessment results. This individual is responsible for coordinating UWW staff and activities necessary to strengthen relationships with critical United Way markets, so those markets feel connected to and supported by UWW to grow in their capacity and ability to perform. annual giving prospects for gifts between $1,000 and $5,000. 

 • Develop a cultivation and stewardship strategy to engage and retain new and young 
adult donors. 

 • Assist with the management of special donor groups, such as Women United 
 • Assist in developing and carrying out overall donor stewardship plans and activities. 
 • Partner with the Development and Marketing teams to plan and carry out 

fundraising, donor stewardship, and community engagement events. 
 • Develop and participate in presentations to raise awareness of the impact of United 

Way funding and programs throughout Lancaster County.
