This position is grant funded and subject to renewal.&nbsp;POSITION SUMMARY Provide administrative and communication support to the Planning Council for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Orlando Service Area (Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, &amp; Seminole). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF POSITION An individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below at a satisfactory level:<ul><li>Provide administrative support for Planning Council offsite and onsite meetings, outreach, and activities.</li><li>Support the meetings (scheduling meetings, update calendars, setup, attendance tracking, preparing materials, developing meeting minutes, breakdown, etc.) while ensuring compliance with established guidelines.</li><li>Maintain copies of all Planning Council Support records.</li><li>Conduct research, manage, and develop engaging content for Planning Council social media platforms while ensuring compliance with established guidelines.</li><li>Develop and implement a social media strategy to boost online engagement across email, newsletters, texting, and the Planning Council website.</li><li>Answer and coordinate inbound communications related to Planning Council Support.</li><li>Manage, update, and maintain member database.</li><li>Develop in-depth knowledge of Planning Council and Ryan White programs.</li><li>Track inventory, event supplies, and equipment.</li><li>Assist in preparing the annual Data Presentation, Priority Setting, and Resource Allocation Processes for the RWHAP Orlando Service Area.</li><li>Maintain client and staff confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, FIPA, PHI, PII requirements.</li><li>Provide back-up support to Planning Council Support team.</li><li>Contribute to overall organizational success by performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul>JOB REQUIREMENTS Job requirements include:<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>One year of administrative experience preferred.</li><li>Experience with social media management is required, while familiarity with website management is preferred.</li><li>Previous experience with organizations focused on HIV/AIDS is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.</li><li>Ability to record and transcribe accurate, clear, and concise meeting minutes.&nbsp;</li><li>Customer service skills and experience required.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong listening abilities.</li><li>Presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences in a clear and engaging manner.</li><li>Ability to utilize organizational skills effectively.</li><li>Must have access to a private, secure, and stable high-speed internet connection.</li><li>Must have access to a quiet, confidential workspace.</li></ul>COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Communications - Ability to communicate effectively.
