Position&nbsp;Summary&nbsp;

Position&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;

Lead the&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;development and execution of the Impact team's operational processes,&nbsp;procedures&nbsp;and&nbsp;practices&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Lead&nbsp;the&nbsp;strategicexecution ofImpact&nbsp;operations&nbsp;and process management&nbsp;including&nbsp;grantmakingadministration&nbsp;and tracking,&nbsp;management of&nbsp;grants contracts and compliance,&nbsp;andmanagement of&nbsp;Impact CRM tracking and&nbsp;ongoing&nbsp;maintenance&nbsp;

Lead&nbsp;the&nbsp;strategy and execution of UWCI's&nbsp;accreditation process to assess and certify partner&nbsp;organizations&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Provideleadership to&nbsp;and&nbsp;supervision ofteam&nbsp;members&nbsp;and managers&nbsp;through&nbsp;designation, delegation, and oversight&nbsp;of&nbsp;tasks and&nbsp;workplans&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with and across&nbsp;the organization's various functions and areas&nbsp;to support,&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;and advance&nbsp;UWCI's mission and&nbsp;vision&nbsp;

Manage, maintain and/or advance&nbsp;applicable and relative&nbsp;relationships across&nbsp;UWCI's&nbsp;Central Indiana&nbsp;region, including but not limited to intermediaries, funders,&nbsp;government,&nbsp;etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>
Stay abreast of key issues, evidence-based best practices, and research to inform and shape current and future investments, initiatives, and programs that support outcomes for&nbsp;individuals and households&nbsp;throughout Central Indiana&nbsp;

Provide&nbsp;fiscal oversight including budget management, resource allocation, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Perform special assignments and other work, on an&nbsp;as neededbasis&nbsp;

Initiative, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency are essential. &nbsp;
Reads and interprets documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals. Routinely&nbsp;writes&nbsp;detailed reports and correspondence and responds to questions. Routinely speaks effectively before groups of customers, clients, and managers and/or employees of&nbsp;UWCI&nbsp;and external partner organizations. &nbsp;
Routinely solves practical problems and deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists. Able to interpret a variety of instructions&nbsp;furnished&nbsp;in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Makes decisions on&nbsp;how to carry out specific day-to-day tasks. Typically consults with supervisor on anything out of the ordinary.  &nbsp;
Education and/or Experience &nbsp;
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in&nbsp;a&nbsp;human services&nbsp;field,&nbsp;or&nbsp;similar&nbsp;related arearequired&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Minimum of&nbsp;six&nbsp;years ofrelatable&nbsp;experience in the&nbsp;nonprofit&nbsp;or public sector&nbsp;highly&nbsp;preferred&nbsp;
</li>
</ul><ul><li>
Project&nbsp;and/or program&nbsp;management&nbsp;experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;a&nbsp;demonstrated ability to&nbsp;develop, implement and&nbsp;execute to achieve intended results, by following through on commitments, prioritizing work, and managing time and resources&nbsp;well&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Experience working within and across a broad range of systems including interfacing with community-based organizations,&nbsp;nonprofit intermediaries, government&nbsp;institutions, and system-level&nbsp;stakeholdersrequired&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Must&nbsp;possess&nbsp;excellent interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills, as well as a sense of humor, diplomacy and discretion, critical thinking, and&nbsp;judgment&nbsp;

Experience with large-scale (e.g., community-wide) program&nbsp;and/or project&nbsp;management across a broad range of stakeholders&nbsp;required&nbsp;

<li>
Experience leading frontline staff and/or&nbsp;managing volunteers&nbsp;required&nbsp;

Ability to and/or&nbsp;experience in facilitating convenings, workshops, focus groups, etc. preferred&nbsp;
