Purpose of Position:&nbsp;The Community Impact Director plays a pivotal role in advancing United Way’s mission to improve housing stability, affordability, and financial security across our region. This position leads strategic efforts in the areas of housing stability, home preservation (including home repairs), housing development, and capacity building—to strengthen communities and expand access to safe, affordable housing. Purpose of Position:&nbsp;Through active listening, effectively identify and connect people in need to available community resources while demonstrating respect and compassion.
