The Vice President of Impact Services provides leadership and overall direction to 211 Northwest Florida and the community impact work of United Way of West Florida. This position is responsible for the planning, development, management and implementation of strategies and investments to help improve programs and services to fulfill UWWF’s Mission, Vision, and Priorities. The VP of Impact Services ensures training curricula, policies, and processes are in place that meet 211, 988, and Veteran Support Line accreditation standards. grant/program/case management is preferred.

• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance. 

• Applicant should have experience working with vulnerable communities that 
face challenges related to employment, housing, education, or mental health,

The SVP/COO will lead operations, assisting the CEO in governance and 
corporate administrative matters, including business/strategic planning and 
organizational change efforts. The SVP/COO will provide supervision and 
oversight to staff teams and departments, in addition to representing the 
organization in the CEO’s absence in public meetings, events and with volunteers 
and other stakeholders to further United Way’s interests.
