The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting United Way’s mission to strengthen economic mobility and well-being in Greater Cincinnati by supporting impact networks focused on improving educational outcomes. United Way has a long history of serving as a backbone for collective impact efforts. This role will directly contribute to the success of those efforts by leading Success by 6 and other key initiatives in the early learning space in order to provide the infrastructure to enable collaborative efforts with key partners and stakeholders. This role will build and maintain community relationships, facilitate collaborative efforts with practitioners, leaders and families, design partner capacity building activities, lead program development and project management, and manage program data and evaluation. Public Policy and Advocacy Manager

The Senior Manager, Volunteer and Community Engagement will steer the strategic vision for volunteer engagement across the United Way organization, modernize technology and processes to increase and align community and corporate volunteer engagement efforts, and build stronger community relationships.

Senior Manager, Volunteer and Community Engagement

The 211 Care Coordinator assists residents in connecting to social service support by assessing needs and making referrals within a network of partnering organizations. Care Coordinator
