Job DescriptionPosition Summary The Community Investments Manager supports the Community Foundation and United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties’ (CF UWVFC) strategic investment efforts. The goal of this position is to support theorganization’s ability to drive positive change by strategic investments in the community throughgrantmaking and grant management. Job Summary: Assist the Community Partnership School Director with administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and database management. Support the entire grant process, encompassing monitoring, financial tracking, and agency oversight. Develop and manage expanded learning and enrichment programs, working closely with partner agencies to build relationships, implement programming, and ensure program effectiveness. Essential Functions: 1. Coordinate with partner agencies providing programs, services, and/or resources at the Community Partnership School. 2. Manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and other school functions for the Community Partnership Schools team. 3. Implement and oversee expanded learning opportunities at the Community Partnership School. 4. Research and implement best practices for educational and social-emotional support. 5. Track data and manage deliverables to meet funding requirements, as set forth by grant funders. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct the full range of activities required to prepare and submit timely and compelling grant proposals/applications</li>
<li>Perform continuous grant oversight, monitoring, reporting and compliance</li>
<li>Work with Finance Team to track and report annual grant revenue on a timely basis</li>
<li>Assist Finance Team with grant financial reporting as needed for audit inquiries</li>
<li>Work closely with Community Impact staff to ensure the collection of relevant outcome data and development and measurement of performance objectives</li>
<li>Serve as primary contact for all grantors</li>
<li>Coordinate with Communications team to ensure proper recognition of grantors as applicable</li>
</ul>Applicants should:
