This role is essential in supporting our data-informed culture, ensuring the work we do is strategic, measurable, and meaningful. Reporting directly to the Data Systems Director, you will play a vital role in supporting teams’ efforts in turning data into decisions and decisions into results. This position strengthens data practices and offers basic technical support to keep operations running smoothly.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities: &nbsp;<ul><li>Data Support and Quality Assistance: Assist teams in applying measures and indicators (“How much,” “How well,” “Better Off”) that align with their mission and the organization’s strategic plan. Support the Data Systems Director by supporting teams understanding and implementation of best practices for accurate, meaningful data collections tied to operational tasks. Work with Data Systems Specialist to prepare preliminary data summaries and reports aligned with logic models frameworks, helping programs measure outputs (“How much”) and outcomes (“How well” and “Better Off”) over time.</li><li>System Support:&nbsp; Assist in configuring data fields, user permissions, and workflows in the organization's data collection platforms. Troubleshoot basic access and functionality issues. Escalate complex issues to the Data Systems Director or technical specialists. Support the maintenance of clean, accessible, and accurate data across platforms.</li><li>Staff Support and Data Literacy: Provide guidance and coaching to&nbsp;staff on proper data entry and collection practices. Answer data-related questions, ensuring data is handled accurately and in line with protocols and procedures. Assist in building staff comfort and proficiency with data systems through one-on-one support, quick reference materials, and group trainings.</li><li>Continuous Learning and Development: Participate in training opportunities related to&nbsp;data management, nonprofit impact reporting, and logic model framework and applications.</li><li>IT Support and Issue Escalation: Serve as the first line of IT support for team members by assisting with basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity&nbsp;issues. Triage and escalate to Tier 2 support for resolution when necessary. Assist in setting up new employee computers, software applications, and hardware.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Required Competencies:&nbsp;<ul><li>Tech/data Proficiency: Comfort with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Google Suite and basic database usage. Ability to write simple formulas, queries, and assist with basic data visualization. UWNU hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
