You will provide backup support for CRM data entry and pledge processing, assist with donor designations, maintain records of revenue and expenses for special events, and support the annual audit process. In human resources, you will coordinate new and replacement positions, manage payroll and benefits in the absence of the Manager, and handle employee records such as sick time, overtime, and vacation. Additionally, you will research, implement, and maintain legislative organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance. How You'll Help 
	Under general supervision, this role (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in all designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the organizations to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP performs tactical HR related duties which includes full-cycle recruiting, payroll, some benefit administration, compensation, employee relations, employee engagement, and implementation of policies and procedures following organization's mission, vision, and core values. Additionally, the HRBP will support Human Resources initiatives, organizational strategy, and overall organizational outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities
<ul><li>Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.</li>
<li>Oversees payroll and day-to-day benefits administration functions.</li>
<li>Work closely with the CHR/DO to analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.</li>
<li>Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.</li>
<li>Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.</li>
<li>Leads full-cycle recruiting functions, including planning, posting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding.</li>

<li>Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.</li>
