This position manages essential HR operations including: payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance reporting, and maintaining data integrity across employee systems. This role is the go-to resource for employees navigating HR systems and serves as the first point of contact for external HR inquiries.&nbsp;KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS&nbsp;HR Operations &amp; Systems&nbsp;<ul><li>Run payroll, track time off, and manage benefits using ADP and other tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Keep employee records accurate and organized, both digitally and on paper.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and enhance HR dashboards and analytics to support planning and decision-making.&nbsp;</li><li>Respond to external requests like verifications of employment, audits, unemployment claims, and compliance checks.&nbsp;</li></ul>Employee Support &amp; Services&nbsp;<ul><li>Post job openings and help coordinate hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.&nbsp;</li><li>Answer employee questions about pay, benefits, retirement plans, policies, and HR systems, in English and in Spanish.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Track and monitor all staff documentation, such as evaluations, signed forms, and training records.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide translation for human resources documents.&nbsp;</li></ul>Culture, Communication &amp; Admin&nbsp;<ul><li>Write and send out internal HR updates; translate when needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain procedure documentation and assist staff with interpreting policies as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with additional projects that support a positive workplace as needed.&nbsp;</li></ul>United Way of Weld County General&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Support and promote the mission, values, goals and objectives of United Way, including representing United Way in professional organizations and the community (as assigned).&nbsp;</li><li>Support fundraising efforts of United Way and activities that support United Way.&nbsp;</li><li>Support United Way annual events, disaster response, and other activities as assigned.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in staff meetings and in service opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to organizational promotions including writing promotional copy, proofreading informational and campaign materials, participation in outreach, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul>United way Worldwide Core Competencies for All Staff<ul><li>Mission-Focused: Catalyze others’ commitment to mission to create real social change that leads to better lives and healthier communities. This role is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a calendar of events, including multiple micro appreciation events, one flagship community engagement event, one major appreciation event, and a children’s festival.
