This role focuses on providing operational support for corporate accounts, working to maintain positive relationships and support employee giving campaigns.The Intern will gain hands-on experience by working closely with the Corporate Partnerships team, contributing to the execution of campaigns and other initiatives while building foundational skills in nonprofit fundraising and relationship management.Position Duties &amp; ResponsibilitiesFundraising:o&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate the planning and implementation of employee giving campaigns for assigned portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring key deadlines and deliverables are met.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor campaign progress using online giving platforms and Salesforce CRM. Support finance processing, reporting, and analysis in Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate tracking of account activity and campaign results.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Introduce opportunities for engagement to corporate accounts, such as volunteer activities, sponsorship, or event participation, where appropriate.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain professional and responsive communication with assigned accounts, providing high-quality customer service.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct research on potential contacts and key influencers to identify new prospects, and engage in outreach efforts to expand support and foster deeper buy-in from the account.o&nbsp;&nbsp; Deliver compelling presentations on UWCI's mission, vision, and community impact to a variety of audience sizes.Internal Relationships:o&nbsp;&nbsp; Partner with UWCI teams, including Major Gifts, Volunteer Engagement, Community Impact, Strategic Information &amp; Intelligence, and Brand, to identify and implement opportunities that effectively communicate UWCI’s community impact goals and priorities to stakeholdersLearning and Development:o&nbsp;&nbsp; Gain exposure to fundraising by collaborating with and shadowing members of the Corporate Partnerships team.Flexibility:o&nbsp;&nbsp; Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and external environment.
