This will include working alongside branding and fundraising team members in a collaborative effort to sustain outreach and programming.&nbsp;&nbsp;Respond to technical assistance inquiries from partners by assessing their needs, providing training and development that addresses the identified needs or providing information and resources to assist the organizations.&nbsp;Collaborate across internal teams and divisions to measure, report, and analyze the impact of safe and affordable housing services, while simultaneously interfacing with community-based organization partners to review funded grantees' evaluation reports and monitor grantees' progress in achieving key objectives ensuring timely reporting of UWCI grant-funded activities, metrics, and related outcomes.&nbsp;Maintain and develop trusted liaison relationships with UWCI partner organizations, manage appropriate and timely correspondence through a variety of mediums, and strive to be the best partner to all stakeholders.&nbsp;Manage special grant making programs to community-based organizations, as assigned.&nbsp;Collaborate with the Safe and Affordable Housing Director on special projects associated with advancing housing innovation to support community partners to increase the supply of safe and affordable housing, distance households from housing insecurity and homelessness and empower tenants and homeowners to remain housed within UWCI's Safe and Affordable Housing Issue-Based ecosystem partnerships.&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform special assignments and other work, on an as-needed basis.&nbsp;Qualifications &nbsp;To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. OVERALL PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE:&nbsp;The Director, Donor Engagement will oversee relationship building and management with key donor groups and work with the engagement team to create strategies for growth. The Resource Development Manager will build and strengthen relationships with a number of developed and new potential companies.&nbsp; This position will build and grow relationships with decision-makers and C-Suite leaders to raise funds as a part of the United Way of the Central Savannah River Area (UWCSRA) development team.&nbsp; This position will also develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive plan to build strategic year-round relationships that align with the mission, vision and values of UWCSRA and generate resources for our community.&nbsp; In addition, this position will be responsible for articulating the value of individual and corporate investment to United Way.&nbsp; This role will also be responsible for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of all current and potential donors within their portfolio including leadership donors and prospects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy
