General Description:&nbsp;Provides dedicated case management services to Veterans experiencing homelessness in a service intensive transitional residential housing program, focusing on an individualized service plan that yields long term housing stability outcomes. Manager, Community Partnership School 

General Description: The Family Stability Program Manager will assist in the operational oversight of Family Stability staff including recruiting, hiring, training, and supervision of staff and interns. The incumbent will ensure that services are delivered in accordance with current agency policies and procedures, contract requirements, and regulations.
