Marketing and Communication 

The Outreach Coordinator supports program Directors by developing and fulfilling 
the duties of a comprehensive event and outreach marketing plan. 

ï· Works with the center’s Director to coordinate educational and resource 
events, activities and workshops. 

ï· Develop collaborative relationships with a wide variety of El Paso area 
neighborhood organizations, schools, city and county agencies, as well as 
faith-based organizations and other partners.

program participation and deepen general public awareness of Center 
through multiple channels including print, digital, and broadcast, public 
presentations and grassroots communication.

Masters preferred.Experience Requirements: Experience in the theories and principles of child growth and developmentand early childhood education; experience in program development and assessment of quality of services; experience working with teachers of young children and their families; experience providing training to staff; three years of prior experience in an Early Head Start or similar early childhood program.
