Primary PurposeThe Director of Donor Engagement leads all aspects of individual donor strategy and cultivation at United Way of St. Johns &amp; Putnam Counties. These core functions include but are not limited to accounts payable, donor database support, finance support, and facility management. A variety of duties range from supporting with preparation of financials, completion of weekly bank deposits and processing accounts payable. The position is also responsible for office management functions, including managing office space in the UWLC building, and communicating building maintenance requests to the Property Manager. This role requires a high level of professionalism and ability to problem-solve with a commitment to excellent customer service, both internal and external. The position maintains vendor files within the accounting system (Intacct Sage), gathers required tax and ACH information, and processes payments directly with the bank. In accordance with the Board of Directors’ corporate resolution, this role also sends payment documentation to Board members for second signature approval. The individual works closely with the Community Impact (CI) department to coordinate scheduled payments for contracts and grant awards, manages petty cash disbursements and quarterly reconciliations, and oversees credit card activity by downloading monthly transactions and creating journal entries in Sage for each cardholder.</li><li>Finance Support:&nbsp;This role prepares Merchant Account bank reconciliation and completes monthly building account reconciliations to the general ledger, including security deposits, lease revenue, and prepaid amounts as needed. The position generates reports to support other monthly reconciliations, assists with the annual audit process, and manages the annual archiving of accounts payable files. In addition, this role is responsible for scanning revenue documentation and entering fundraising revenue into the control log to ensure accurate records.</li><li>Facility Management: This role manages monthly invoicing and rent collections, while also coordinating building maintenance requests for United Way staff and subtenants in partnership with Property Management personnel. The position oversees the office supply budget, purchasing, and inventory process to ensure resources are available as needed. Additionally, this role supports onboarding for new staff and tenants by managing door security access, and is responsible for opening, sorting, and routing all incoming mail and deliveries.</li><li>Database Support: This role monitors and closes daily credit card and ACH charges, following up on any declined transactions to ensure timely resolution. Marketing and Communication 

The Outreach Coordinator supports program Directors by developing and fulfilling 
the duties of a comprehensive event and outreach marketing plan. 

ï· Works with the center’s Director to coordinate educational and resource 
events, activities and workshops. 

ï· Develop collaborative relationships with a wide variety of El Paso area 
neighborhood organizations, schools, city and county agencies, as well as 
faith-based organizations and other partners. 

ï· Plan and implement promotional strategies for all programming to broaden 
program participation and deepen general public awareness of Center 
through multiple channels including print, digital, and broadcast, public 
presentations and grassroots communication. 

ï· Establish relationships with service agencies for optimal understanding as to 
what is provided, to whom and for what purpose. 

ï· Collect information regarding available resources including financial, goods 
and services to maintain and distribute resource listings. 

ï· Work with Director of Marketing and Engagement to create content to 
promote El Paso United services to include design and copywriting.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role supervises four (4) team members, who manage their own corporate partner portfolios. Together, the entire team identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards corporate donors, as well as manages a robust workplace giving program. The Director of Corporate Partnerships will partner closely with individual giving members alongside grants to strategically grow and diversify fundraising revenue at United Way NCA, with particular focus on increasing corporate support and partnership activations, as well as converting passthrough workplace campaign donors.Key Responsibilities: The Director, Corporate Partnerships&nbsp;will:<ul><li>Lead the immediate, near-term, and long-term strategic planning, implementation, growth, and maintenance of a robust Corporate Partnerships Program and Team.</li><li>Lead and manage a highly collaborative team in all identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts with Corporate and workplace campaign prospects and donors.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the CEO, CDO, and Board of Directors in their corporate engagement efforts.</li><li>Manage and report on Corporate Partnerships expense and revenue budget.</li><li>Meet and/or exceed annual revenue goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Meet the minimum annual fundraising growth goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Track, and report on Corporate Partnerships Team’s progress, utilizing established key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>In collaboration with Individual Giving, ensure workplace campaign donors who have membership in the Tocqueville Society (United Way’s major giving society) and/or affinity groups (Regional Advisory Council, Women United, and NextGen United) are stewarded appropriately.</li><li>Monitor and institute corporate partnerships best practices in operations, such as workplace campaign administration, CRM utilization, prospect research, acknowledgments, and reporting.</li><li>Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Department to coordinate communication strategies for corporate partners.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the Community Impact Division and the Grants Team to identify the best opportunities to align with the Corporate Partner’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and engage corporate employee volunteerism.</li><li>Coach and train the Development Team for increasingly complex and new corporate opportunities to include sponsorships, point of sale campaigns, cause-related marketing, etc.</li><li>Create and drive a culture of philanthropy across all fundraising areas that contribute to the entire Development Team’s goals.</li></ul>Manage a portfolio of Corporate Partners:<ul><li>Serve as the primary relationship manager in identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of 20 – 40 Corporate Partners with the capacity to support at the $25,000+ level on an annual basis.</li><li>Secure new corporate partnerships and activations.&nbsp;</li><li>Document all portfolio-related activities using the donor database Andar.</li><li>Supervise front-line team who manage a portfolio of a minimum forty corporate partners each and lead on workplace campaign and partnerships.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators: All front-line fundraisers at United Way NCA are expected to meet annual KPIs.
