The Vice President of Impact Services provides leadership and overall direction to 211 Northwest Florida and the community impact work of United Way of West Florida. This position is responsible for the planning, development, management and implementation of strategies and investments to help improve programs and services to fulfill UWWF’s Mission, Vision, and Priorities. The VP of Impact Services ensures training curricula, policies, and processes are in place that meet 211, 988, and Veteran Support Line accreditation standards.
