General Description: This position supports Family Stability Program case manager(s) in connecting with new participants. In this role, you will engage in outreach efforts to bring new participants into the program, enter demographic data into a computer system to track grant goals, and assist with fulfilling service referrals in an educational setting at our Hallandale Beach location. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by representing the program at community events and activities.The Family Stability Program is housed within the Community Partnership School™ (CPS) program. General Description:&nbsp;This grant-funded position will work to empower communities to promote drug free lifestyles; build community structures to support those lifestyles; and encourage and support coordinated, systemic approaches to the prevention of substance use. Prevention Outreach Specialist 

POSITION SUMMARY To lead the continued implementation of the countywide Hunger Relief Strategic Plan (originally adopted in October 2015) to fight hunger and food insecurity in Palm Beach County.
