MGO will work closely with the Director, Major Gifts (DMG) to cultivate donors and prospects within the Major Gifts revenue streams: transformational giving, major gifts of $10k plus, planned giving, foundations, and capital campaign.&nbsp; In addition, the MGO will develop strong Donor Relations through individual and collective outreach, communication, and events to ensure retention and promote increased giving.&nbsp; Responsibilities will also include supporting the coordination and leadership of the Major Gift and Legacy committees.&nbsp;
