United Way of Lancaster is looking for a Diversion Resource Navigator in Berks County to join our PA 211 East team. This position is responsible for providing information, referral and prescreening for Berks County Housing programs. Exceptional customer service and accurate data recording is essential in this position, while acting in accordance with our values, vision, and mission. This position is full time and will be in person and traveling to sites.
