This includes grant prospecting, writing, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and strategic alignment of funding opportunities with organizational priorities. The position requires strong analytical, writing, and project management skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure effective grant acquisition and management. &nbsp;PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES<ul><li>Identify and research potential funding opportunities from private foundations, corporations, and other entities that align with UWSA’s mission and strategic priorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and implement a strategic grants calendar and prospect pipeline to guide annual revenue planning.&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze funding trends and recommend strategies for diversification and sustainability of grant revenue.&nbsp;</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective funders, coordinating follow-up communications and stewardship activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the development, writing, and submission of competitive grant proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and funder requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with program and finance teams to create accurate budgets, narratives, and required attachments.&nbsp;</li><li>Review grant agreements to identify financial, legal, and compliance requirements;
