	JOB SUMMARY:
	Manage fundraising efforts within the Leadership division including stewardship of donors giving $1200 - $9999. Grow United Way’s leadership program to include strategies for impactful interactions with current and prospective donors. Provide a wide range of support services and coordination for fundraising and annual campaign activities. Recognize and maintain the confidentiality and sensitive nature of division matters. Anticipate potential problems and develop solutions. This position reports to the Manager, Major Gifts.
	RESPONSIBILITIES: 
	Include the following, but are not limited to:
	LEADERSHIP DIVISION 
	In partnership with the Account Manager, Leadership &amp; Community Gifts, steward donor relationships with individuals who give $1200-$9999 both in and out of the workplace.
	Set Goals and Update Projections
<ul><li>Work closely with Data Team and other staff to review lists and assign goals.  </li>
<li>When appropriate, create formulas to mass assign and apply goals, stretch goals, and external goals to for Leadership donors and prospects.</li>
<li>Based on donor response, provide ongoing updates to projections throughout campaign and reassess overall during Projection Setting process mid-campaign.</li>
</ul>
	Volunteer Management
<ul><li>Recruit Leadership Society Cabinet Members to support fundraising in the Leadership Division</li>
<li>Follow the timeline and ensure leadership prospect lists are created, distributed, and collected accordingly.</li>
<li>Work with staff and volunteers to identify new prospects to add to the lists.</li>
<li>Work with Leadership Society Cabinet Members to choose prospects to call on and act as the staff liaison for assigned Leadership Society volunteers.</li>
<li>Ensure all information is provided to the Information Coordinator in a timely manner for input.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Provide Leadership Society Cabinet Members with training, tools to aid their solicitation efforts, regular updates, and general support as needed.</li>
</ul>
	LEADERSHIP GIVING PROGRAM
<ul><li>Working with the Account Manager, Leadership &amp; Community Gifts, create and develop a more robust stewardship program for donors currently giving to United Way, but not engaged outside of an annual contribution.</li>
<li>Establish meaningful leadership giving levels between $1200 and $9,999, beyond level of financial contribution.</li>
<li>Create and manage a strategic plan for stewarding donors through leadership giving levels with the goal of those donors with capacity joining United Way’s Tocqueville Giving Society.</li>
<li>Work closely with Marketing &amp; Communications and Corporate Engagement team to develop communication strategies to promote the leadership program in and outside of the workplace.</li>
<li>Work closely with Marketing and Communications team to develop written letters and communication plans for the program.</li>
<li>Oversee identification and cultivation of leadership prospects and current leadership donors.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Donor Networks team to increase Leadership Donors’ participation in Donor Networks.</li>
<li>Support Leadership Events, including Donor Network activities, as needed.</li>
</ul>
	STEP-UP PROGRAM  
<ul><li>Assist the Account Manager, Leadership &amp; Community Gifts with the assessment, development, and management of a Leadership Step-Up program: donors who have opted to “step-up” to leadership giving; a three-year commitment to contributing $1,200  </li>
<li>Ensure that donors are staying on track each year to continue their recognition in the Leadership Registry </li>
<li>Work closely with Marketing &amp; Communications and Corporate Engagement team to continue to enhance communication strategies to promote the step-up program in and outside of the workplace </li>
<li>Assist with the identification and cultivation of step-up prospects and current participants  </li>
</ul>

General Summary 
The Database Manager supports and advances United Way of Southern Maine’s (UWSM) mission of improving lives through strategic and methodical collection, synthesis, retrieval, and analysis of data to inform various UWSM activities and programs.  
This position reports to the Director of Technology and Data and works with all departments to provide data reports, serving both internal and external stakeholders.  
Key focus areas and initiatives include campaign performance reporting, data synchronization, Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) maintenance, organizational dashboards, and project implementation assistance for digital constituent communications platforms. 
Essential Functions

Administers the day-to-day of UWSM’s database, StratusLIVE CRM.

Partners with leadership team, cross-functional, and vendor partners to ensure data hygiene, quality analytics, segmentation, and customer insight and understanding.

Position Objective: This position is responsible for managing the overall financial procedures of the organization, including all accounting functions, audit preparation, accounting controls, the pledge/designation process, and the financial portions of grant management. OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting:

211 NorCal operates in Shasta, Tehama, and Siskiyou counties and provides free social services information and referrals to residents 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The service is available through call, web (211norcal.org), and text services. Common referrals are for housing; food; utility assistance; counseling and addiction services; free or low-cost legal assistance, and transportation.
211 NorCal is experiencing growth due to increased awareness of the service; new contracts for outreach on specific health and child development issues; planned expansion to neighboring counties (for example, Plumas County service is envisioned within the next 12-18 months), and 211’s utility as an easy-to-remember number for public information during times of disaster. Because 211 is always “on,” and because its scope can encompass any social services need, possibilities for service and expansion abound.

Job Summary
The 211 Program Manager will ensure operational excellence of the 211 social services helpline and its related services. <li>Familiarity with CRM software; Salesforce experience is a plus.</li>

Manager of Donor Experience and Growth

United Way of the Big Bend (UWBB) is seeking a Grant Writer who will be responsible for managing and expanding the grant funding development efforts that support advancing the United Way of the Big Bend mission.  Primary responsibilities include researching grant opportunities, writing proposals, managing timelines, and ensuring that budget and grant reporting requirements are met.    
 UWBB serves eight counties in the Big Bend area with the mission to raise awareness, mobilize resources and find collaborative, targeted solutions for our community’s most vital concerns.  We lead the communities we serve by engaging and connecting with others who share our commitment to help our neighbors, friends and colleagues who are living in poverty and/or struggling to make ends meet.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Work with leadership to develop and implement an annual grants strategy to secure new and maintain renewable grant funding</li>
<li>Research and identify grant opportunities that align with UWBB’s mission, initiatives and impact programs</li>
<li>Conduct the full range of activities required to prepare and submit timely and compelling grant proposals/applications</li>
<li>Perform continuous grant oversight, monitoring, reporting and compliance</li>
<li>Work with Finance Team to track and report annual grant revenue on a timely basis</li>
<li>Assist Finance Team with grant financial reporting as needed for audit inquiries</li>
<li>Work closely with Community Impact staff to ensure the collection of relevant outcome data and development and measurement of performance objectives</li>
<li>Serve as primary contact for all grantors</li>
<li>Coordinate with Communications team to ensure proper recognition of grantors as applicable</li>
</ul>Applicants should:

<li>Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>

</ul>Education, Experience and Key Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent experience  </li>
<li>Minimum of two years of experience in grant writing, management and reporting</li>
<li>Experience with state and federal grant application and management preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of program evaluation methodologies and outcome measurement practices a plus</li>
<li>Experience developing and monitoring budgets a plus</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Access to reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license</li>

<li>Occasional travel within UWBB neighboring county footprint</li>
