Take a closer look and reach out if you meet these qualifications.Position Description:  The Integrated Marketing and Fundraising Senior Manager plays a key role in the United Way of the National Capital Area's (UWNCA) direct marketing efforts, focusing on integrating direct mail and digital marketing strategies and tactics into multi-channel approaches to drive constituent acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing cultivation strategies throughout the constituent lifecycle and expanding direct mail and digital marketing programs overall growth.  Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning, Management, and Execution<ul><li>Working closely with the Senior Director, Marketing and Communications to create and implement an annual multi-channel direct marketing plan that focuses on data-driven constituent engagement to grow the organization's base of individual donors.</li><li>Develop targeted acquisition strategies to expand the organization’s donor base, leveraging traditional direct mail approaches and digital platforms.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of direct mail and digital campaign execution, from concept to completion, working closely with agency partners and executing specific in-house efforts.</li></ul>Multi-Channel Integration and Reporting<ul><li>Ensure cohesion of messaging and branding across channels to provide a seamless donor experience and maximize campaign impact.</li><li>Work with the Community Impact team to ensure metrics are up-to-date, verifiable, and correct in all marketing campaigns and collateral.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to drive strategic decisions and campaign optimization.</li></ul>Cross-Departmental Marketing Support<ul><li>Collaborate with other departments to create high-quality marketing materials and collateral for various organizational initiatives and events. </li><li>Collaborate with and guide marketing volunteers, ensuring effective contribution to projects and events.</li></ul>Vendor and Partner Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.</li><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with overall organizational objectives.</li></ul>Job Requirements:Solid Educational Background and Experience – Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or fundraising with demonstrated success in expanding donor bases and increasing fundraising revenues. High School Diploma or GED with minimum 8 years of direct related marketing and fundraising work experience. Demonstrated expertise in both direct mail and digital marketing, including an understanding of print production processes and digital marketing best practices.Experience with CRM/eCRM and database systems, EveryAction strongly preferred.Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
