Position Summary:The Communication/Engagement Strategist is a full-time, salaried position, reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer. This team member is responsible for helping develop communication and engagement strategies to support Brown County United Way’s mission, fundraising and relationship management strategies. This involves, but is not limited to, content creation and graphic design for digital media, print media, and media relations; supporting the design and creation of materials for the organization’s Shared Purpose initiative and affinity group (Community Champions); and assisting in developing other strategies designed to build relationships with new and existing donors.&nbsp;Qualities and QualificationsThe ideal team member believes in diversity, equity and inclusion for all people; is passionate about improving the quality of life for everyone in Brown County; has the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; is highly organized, flexible and can effectively multitask; has excellent oral and written communication skills; experience in brand management, communications, web design and maintenance and social media management. draft correspondence, talking points, and follow-ups; maintain contact lists and relationship histories.</li><li>Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for presentations and meetings.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between the Executive office and other departments and external partners.</li><li>Represent the executive office on cross functional teams including coordinating Executive involvement.&nbsp;</li></ul><ol><li>Board Meeting Coordination</li></ol><ul><li>Partner with CEO and leadership to schedule board and committee meetings.</li><li>Produce agendas, packets, and supporting materials.</li><li>Serve as liaison for board members, ensuring timely communication and coordination.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of board actions and compliance documentation.</li></ul><ol><li>Office Management</li></ol><ul><li>Maintain an organized, efficient office: inventory supplies, place orders, manage vendors, and oversee common spaces.</li><li>Coordinate office procedures and shared resources;
