Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator&nbsp;Job Description&nbsp;ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW&nbsp;United Way of Weld County builds powerful partnerships to bring about lasting community-wide change. With the support of United Way donors, volunteers and partners, together we are building a better Weld County, one where every household has the opportunity to succeed.&nbsp;JOB OVERVIEW&nbsp;The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily functions that keep our team running smoothly. This position manages essential HR operations including: payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance reporting, and maintaining data integrity across employee systems. This role is the go-to resource for employees navigating HR systems and serves as the first point of contact for external HR inquiries.&nbsp;KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS&nbsp;HR Operations &amp; Systems&nbsp;Run payroll, track time off, and manage benefits using ADP and other tools.&nbsp;Keep employee records accurate and organized, both digitally and on paper.&nbsp;Maintain and enhance HR dashboards and analytics to support planning and decision-making.&nbsp;Respond to external requests like verifications of employment, audits, unemployment claims, and compliance checks.&nbsp;Employee Support &amp; Services&nbsp;Post job openings and help coordinate hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.&nbsp;Answer employee questions about pay, benefits, retirement plans, policies, and HR systems, in English and in Spanish.&nbsp;&nbsp;Track and monitor all staff documentation, such as evaluations, signed forms, and training records.&nbsp;Provide translation for human resources documents.&nbsp;Culture, Communication &amp; Admin&nbsp;Write and send out internal HR updates; translate when needed.&nbsp;Maintain procedure documentation and assist staff with interpreting policies as needed&nbsp;Assist with additional projects that support a positive workplace as needed.&nbsp;United Way of Weld County General&nbsp;&nbsp;Support and promote the mission, values, goals and objectives of United Way, including representing United Way in professional organizations and the community (as assigned).&nbsp;Support fundraising efforts of United Way and activities that support United Way.&nbsp;Support United Way annual events, disaster response, and other activities as assigned.&nbsp;Participate in staff meetings and in service opportunities.&nbsp;Contribute to organizational promotions including writing promotional copy, proofreading informational and campaign materials, participation in outreach, etc.&nbsp;Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;United way Worldwide Core Competencies for All StaffMission-Focused: Catalyze others’ commitment to mission to create real social change that leads to better lives and healthier communities.
