Goal:&nbsp;Weber CTC is structured as a department within UWNU’s Community Resource Team. This is a highly visible leadership position in the Weber High School cone (WHS and its feeder schools). It can also be defined as the cities of North Ogden, Pleasant View, Harrisville, and Ogden Valley. The coordinator position interacts with key community leaders, nonprofit and government agencies, an extensive volunteer base including parents and students, and other stakeholders to facilitate program goals and objectives. As the full-time coordinator, this position will oversee the daily work of the Assistant Coordinator and ensure that responsibilities are delegated when appropriate. Key Accountabilities 

ï· Travel to meet with clients at their home, community partner offices, satellite offices, etc.; if

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

ï· Build trusting relationships with participants and their families while providing general support and

ï· Follow up with participants via phone calls, home visits and visits to other settings where participants 
can be found.
