With the support of United Way donors, volunteers and partners, together we are building a better Weld County, one where every household has the opportunity to succeed. &nbsp;JOB OVERVIEW &nbsp;This position supports two areas of the agency under this title.&nbsp;Early Care and Education Administrative Assistant Role provides support to the Assistant Director of Early Care and Education and members of the Early Care and Education (ECE) Team as well as provides support at the reception desk at United Way’s 814 9th Street downtown Greeley address. The Early Care and Education Administrative Assistant supports the work of the ECE team by taking on administrative roles related to: &nbsp;Expanding Quality in Infant and Toddler Care (EQIT) courses, administering the Family Business Solutions (FBS) program,&nbsp; manage data tracking, support meetings, communication, assisting with reports and other general administrative duties. The Welcome Baby Fellow will help support UWNU’s early childhood programs in both day to day tasks and program implementation as well as supporting projects that will assist in sustaining and expanding the programs and initiatives. A major focus of this position will be to assist with volunteer training and management, increasing presence at community events to expand the program’s reach, and supporting the processing of in-kind donations for the programs. The fellow may also help with projects to build business plans to scale the program and develop a plan for having a sustainable volunteer program.
