Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate’s degree in an Education, Human Services, or Social Services related field and eight years of combined experience in community outreach.&nbsp;</li><li>Ten years of experience in children’s services, education, or community health with at least two of those years in program development and administration, may be supplemented for an accredited degree.</li><li>Prior Supervisor experience required.</li><li>Proficiency required in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task with a flexible, organized, and can-do attitude.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; Physical Demands:&nbsp;The environment is climate controlled (i.e., heated and air-conditioned).
