S/he brings enthusiasm to acknowledge and celebrate the success of staff and volunteer attainment of goals.&nbsp;</li></ul>Experience/Position requirements<ul><li>Substantial (more than 5 years) leadership experience working in the non-profit sector. United Way experience is desirable but not required. Advanced interaction with volunteers and boards.
