Campaign Strategist
Position Summary:
The campaign strategist is a full-time, salaried position, reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO). This team member is responsible for co-developing and executing fundraising strategies in partnership with the CPO, designed to strengthen Brown County United Way’s impact in the community. This involves, but is not limited to, the annual workplace campaign, new business engagement, year-round corporate giving opportunities, donor recognition, and other strategies that build relationships with new and existing donors.

Related Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in relationship building and fundraising.  
Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of and collaboration with the Chief Philanthropy Officer, shall:
<ul><li>Oversee a multimillion-dollar workplace giving campaign:
<ul><li>Plan and execute the workplace campaign including the campaign timeline, volunteer engagement, and promotions.</li>
<li>Lead the Loaned Executive Program.</li>
<li>Assist in attracting and retaining new businesses and donors.</li>
<li>Collaborate with CPO to lead campaign chairs and campaign cabinet.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Communication &amp; Engagement Strategist to prepare all campaign materials and donor segmented donor marketing materials.</li>
<li>Steward relationships with corporate leaders of all workplace campaigns.</li>
<li>Maintain and update donor records using Andar database.</li>
<li>Develop and execute year-round corporate giving opportunities.</li>
</ul></li>
<li>Solicit in-kind contributions and sponsorships.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Attend Resource Development Committee and subcommittee meetings.</li>
<li>Attend education/training programs based on identified needs.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>Work Environment
We offer a hybrid work model, enabling staff to work both in the office and remotely. We also have a “dress your day” policy for allowing employees to select appropriate dress for the business of each workday.
Salary Range
$50,000 - $55,000 annually

Position Description
Position Summary
The Community Resource Navigator will assist in the delivery of mobile, collaborative, place-based services to individuals living and working within Brown County through a new initiative called the HubCAP (Community Access Partnership). The position will be a crucial connector to help individuals and families who struggle to attain and maintain stability in their education, health, housing, and financial wellbeing. The position is full-time salaried with benefits and reports to the HubCAP Project Coordinator.

Lived experience finding community services and other resources to meet your needs. Bilingual. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Develop a deeper understanding of and collect real-time information about the unique needs and challenges experienced by Brown County residents.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the HubCAP Project Coordinator, other Brown County United Way team members, Brown County United Way’s Advocacy Council, and other multisector partners to help address community members’ needs and barriers to accessing services, resources, and information.</li>
<li>Organize week-to-week HubCAP locations, activities, and programming, including some evenings and weekends.</li>
<li>Help community members engaging with the HubCAP to obtain the services and supports they need.</li>
<li>Be familiar with or be willing to learn about local information and referral resources, including but not limited to 211, Family Services Crisis Center, the Aging &amp; Disability Resource Center of Brown County, and MyConnectionsNEW.org.</li>
<li>Participate in Brown County area resource fairs, community coalitions, clinics, and outreach initiatives as assigned.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Willingness to attend trainings and obtain certifications funded by the employer as needed.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and be able to drive HubCAP vehicles throughout Brown County on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Provide backup staff support to the overall organization as needed.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by the HubCAP Project Coordinator.</li>

HubCAP Community Resource Navigator

United Way of Greater Cincinnati (UWGC) has an immediate opening for a Director, Eastern Area to provide leadership to and coordination of United Way efforts in Clermont and Brown Counties in Ohio. Drive community efforts to support family economic well-being in the Eastern Area by building United Way support and connecting United Way impact efforts to key opportunity for progress in the community. Serve as key United Way representative in Clermont and Brown Counties including facilitating volunteer engagement, community representation and informing of United Way strategy, and building champions for the mission and vision. Lead implementation of local fundraising impact strategies as aligned to organizational priorities. Manage local annual campaign and maintain year-round fundraising and engagement efforts for assigned donors.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Development
<ul><li>Oversee the advancement of philanthropic engagement and donor investment in the Eastern Area; provide oversight for the Eastern Area workforce campaign.</li>
<li>Manage portfolio of top-level individual and/or institutional donor relationships across UWCG’s Eastern Area footprint.</li>
<li>Ensure deep, strategic, year-round, sustainable relationships between the donors and prospects within assigned portfolio are qualified, cultivated, and stewarded.</li>
<li>Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and process for the individuals and prospects within assigned portfolio is managed, analyzing data and reports for opportunity and risk identification. Track and evaluate effectiveness of strategies, campaigns, and overall results.</li>
</ul>Community Impact  
<ul><li>Advance the community impact work of United Way by seeking partnerships with multiple sectors and aligning resources toward program and initiatives that promote family economic well-being in the Eastern Area.</li>
<li>Coordinate United Way led or supported local and regional initiatives as they work in Clermont and Brown Counties.</li>
<li>Maintain relationships with funded partners and support capacity building and development of partners in conjunction with the UWGC Impact team.</li>
</ul>Community Engagement
<ul><li>Provide staff leadership to the Action Council and other Eastern Area volunteer committees.</li>
<li>Represent United Way on various local committees (business and non-profit) that assist in advancing our mission of supporting economic well-being.</li>
<li>Provide local coordination with UWGC regional team for areas of marketing, advocacy, agency relations and donor relations.</li>
</ul>Administration/Operations
<ul><li>Participate in UWGC organizational leadership and operational activities.</li>
</ul>Minimum Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree is preferred; a master’s degree is desirable; or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Minimum of five years’ work experience in human service organizations or community leadership.</li>
<li>Community problem-solving, agency and community relations, financial management, and fundraising experience preferred.</li>
<li>High proficiency in oral and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in MS Office/Teams; SCRM experience preferred.</li>
<li>Occasional local travel to events within the regional area.</li>
