Facilitates regular planning sessions and creates an information-sharing network among the Coalition committee members. Facilitate partnerships and collaborations between multiple sectors of the community that respond to problems by implementing plans that lead to measurable, population-level reductions in the use of alcohol and other drugs and their harmful consequences. MAJOR DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES 
The role of the Parent Educator is to will deliver the evidence-based Parents as 
Teachers (PAT) curriculum to families through regular in-home visits. The Parent 
Educator will support parents in fostering their child’s development, conduct 
assessments, connect families with resources, and build strong relationships within the 
community. 
 
Responsibilities: 

ï· Conduct 30–40 home visits per month to families with young children; 

ï· Use the PAT curriculum to promote child development, school readiness, and 
parenting support;
